ColectivosVip.com is a platform that manages savings-loyalty programs for groups (employees and customers). It has more than 500 active promotions available on more than 16.000 physical point of sale in addition to the online and telephone channels.


 

It has two main objectives. On the one hand, getting more active users (“colectivos”) to buy the products and the other get suppliers with good offers for users. In addition, we should make that users buy more  (increasing the value and quantity of their purchases) and that suppliers provide more and more attractive offers.

To obtain that,  the digital strategy should make Colectivos Vip be more known.

We have to know that due to the type of business, Colectivos Vip has decided to only use #Twitter and #LinkedIn as it social networks.

 

Here are Colectivos Vip’s specific objectives:

 

  • SELL: The website of Colectivos Vip is the main channel for users to make purchases. This means that an objective should be to increase the number of sales made through the website. We should focus both increasing the number of purchases as its value.   • SERVE: We have to take advantage of the opportunity that Internet gives us to inform about our product. For that, is very important to use well some channels like Twitter and the website itself.

  • TALK: Internet also give us an opportunity to get closer to the people. So we have to take advantage of that and interact with our audience, resolve their doubts and problems, learning about them… We have to put the focus on reducing the response time and optimize the information provided to us.   • SAVE: Colectivos Vip doesn’t have a physical point of sale so the costs that are saved by selling online are very significant. The objective is to optimize this.
  • IMPACT: We have to create content to surprise, impact and engage our audience. The objective should be to be creative, original, different to others… in our communication.
